About the Project
The initiative boosts employability and social inclusion of disadvantaged young people from rural Georgia through accessible, digital green vocational training, a sustainable online platform, and a bilateral youth exchange. The focus spans sectors vital to the green transition while promoting gender equality, digital inclusion, and long-term civil society cooperation between Germany and Georgia.
- Focus areas: renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, waste management, and sustainable entrepreneurship/eco-tourism.
- Target group: 100 rural youth in Georgia with attention to inclusion of women, persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and LGBTIQ+ individuals.
- Outcomes: job-ready skills, cross-cultural understanding, and a platform that remains active beyond the project.

Main Activities
Online Training Modules
Three digital modules delivered July–September 2025 in renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, waste management, and green entrepreneurship/eco-tourism.
Online Platform
A sustainable platform hosting training content, job offers, and networking tools that remains active beyond the project.
Recruitment & Outreach
Selection of 100 youth from rural regions with inclusive outreach to reach at least 300 additional people.
Bilateral Youth Exchange
A 10-day exchange in Tbilisi in October 2025 with 15 Georgian and 15 German participants, including environmental actions and cultural workshops.
Mentoring & Local Support
Guidance from mentors and trainers with tailored support to ensure equal participation of marginalized groups.
Media & Community Engagement
Local stakeholder liaison and a social media strategy to grow the project’s Instagram audience to 1,000+ followers.
