Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in renewables or with grid operators. Experience integrating solar, wind, and battery storage systems into the grid. Solid understanding of grid connection applications and substation planning. Medium and high voltage knowledge; familiarity with Smart Grid technologies. Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities: Manage grid-related topics across Europe, focusing on Germany. Handle and negotiate grid connection applications and contracts (MV/HV) for PV, BESS, and wind projects. Obtain grid connection requirements and cost assessments from grid operators. Ensure compliance with technical connection standards Build and maintain relationships with grid operators. Perform grid calculations and create electrical diagrams (LV/MV/HV). Develop substation concepts at feed-in points.
