Role overview
Support implementation of our sustainability strategy and roadmap
Conduct market and competitor research related to the topic of sustainability
Support new concept and capabilities development to meet stakeholder expectations related to sustainability challenges
Contribute to the development of topic-specific communications - internally and externally
Assist in cross-functional project coordination
Active support of day-to-day business
Requirements
Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business or sustainability-related studies
Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad is beneficial
Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, pivot tables, summaries, VLOOKUPs, and data validation; experience with other Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) is highly desirable
Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
Team-player with high level of independence
Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality
