Sustainability Specialist Procurement (m/w/d)

We work closely with procurement colleagues in Germany, the UK, and Poland, driving projects that truly make a difference. Our mission? To embed sustainability into procurement and create long-term value for Bauer and our partners. The Difference You Will Make This is your chance to build sustainability in procurement from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in developing frameworks, tools, and initiatives that reduce Scope 3 emissions and strengthen ESG compliance. Backed by leadership support and working closely with Group Sustainability and Compliance, you’ll influence how Bauer operates responsibly across its supply chain. Your Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Translating ESG regulations (LKSG, CSRD, EU standards) into practical procurement guidelines Driving supplier sustainability assessments and human rights due diligence Supporting Scope 3 emissions transparency and reduction initiatives Leading sustainability-related projects and cross-functional working groups Training procurement teams to integrate sustainability into sourcing strategies Identifying innovative solutions for sustainable procurement (e.g., circularity, low-carbon materials)
